Our Foundation
CalledIn is a sanctuary — not just a marketplace. Every interaction here should reflect the love of Christ and the integrity that marks a Kingdom professional. These guidelines exist to protect that culture for every member.
Standards of Conduct
Treat everyone with dignity
Engage all members — regardless of denomination, background, or profession — with respect and grace. Disagreements happen; contempt does not belong here.
Be honest and transparent
Your profile, qualifications, and experience must be accurate. Misrepresentation of credentials, ministry roles, or business history is grounds for removal.
Keep content faith-aligned
Posts, comments, and messages should be constructive and consistent with Christian values. Content that promotes immorality, divisive ideology, or ungodly behaviour is not permitted.
No spam or predatory promotion
Self-promotion is welcome when it provides genuine value. Mass cold outreach, pyramid schemes, MLM recruitment, and unsolicited DMs are prohibited.
Protect confidentiality
Do not share private conversations, confidential business information, or personal details about other users without their explicit consent.
No hate speech or discrimination
Content that demeans individuals on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, disability, or national origin violates both our guidelines and the law.
Prohibited Content
- Adult, sexually explicit, or violent material.
- Content that violates copyright or other intellectual property rights.
- Links to malware, phishing pages, or deceptive websites.
- Solicitation of illegal services or products.
- Political campaigning or partisan content unrelated to professional or ministry work.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these guidelines, please use the report function on the relevant post or profile. You can also contact our trust-and-safety team directly at safety@calledin.app. We review all reports and take action within 48 hours.
Enforcement
Violations may result in a warning, content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination depending on severity and history. We reserve the right to take action at our discretion to protect the community.
