1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CalledIn you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use CalledIn. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at security@calledin.app.

4. Permitted Use

CalledIn is a faith-centred professional network. You agree to use it in a manner consistent with our Community Guidelines and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users.
Use the platform to distribute spam or unsolicited promotions.
Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access.
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from CalledIn without written permission.
Post content that violates intellectual property rights or applicable law.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content on CalledIn you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote that content within the platform. We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

CalledIn is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalledIn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the platform or email. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
